Our Board of Directors is the primary decision-making body of our Company, setting fundamental business strategies and policies for the management and operation of our business and monitoring their implementation. Our Board of Directors comprises six Directors, consisting of three executive Directors and three independent non-executive Directors. Our Directors are elected to serve terms of three years, which are renewable upon re-election and/or re-appointment.
